Russian Beginner A1.1 (from zero!)
Offline
Let's take a peek and check how Russian Language Groups work at Headway Institute, shall we?
We are all about quality learning! There are only 4-8 students in each batch!
Russian Beginner A1.1 is a complete beginner course that consists of 9 lessons 120 minutes each. The lessons happen 2 times a week on weekdays.
Each level, say Russian Beginner (A1), is split into 3 sublevels - Beginner A1.1, Beginner A1.2 and Beginner A1.3. Each sublevel includes 18 hours in training just like the course you are looking at right now. Once both sublevels are completed, we consider the level covered and the student may move on with the higher level.
By the end of any course you will acquire the knowledge of Russian alphabet, you will know how to read and write and operate with numbers. Moreover, you will be able to use familiar everyday expressions and phrases, introduce yourself and others and keep basic conversation.
There are generally small breaks 5-10 days between sublevels to get some rest and revise what was learnt. Comfortable semi-intensive pace allows adult learners to keep work commitments in tact and tend to their families and loved ones.
