Oxford UK Summer Camp (ages 13–17)
About the Camp
Oxford Summer Camp at Oxford Brookes University by Embassy Summer (EC) offers teenagers aged 13–17 an inspiring programme that combines English language learning, cultural discovery, and an authentic British university-city experience in one of the world’s most famous academic destinations. Suitable for students of all English levels, the course includes 15 hours of English tuition per week, with interactive, discussion-based lessons designed to develop confidence, communication skills, and real-world fluency through engaging, task-based learning.
The centre is based at the Headington campus of Oxford Brookes University, a modern and historic blend of buildings with extensive outdoor spaces and within easy walking distance of Oxford city centre. The programme includes a varied schedule of activities and excursions, with regular local visits around Oxford such as museums, colleges, Woodstock, Blenheim Gardens, and the Cotswolds village of Bourton-on-the-Water. Students also take part in full-day excursions to iconic UK destinations including London, Stratford-upon-Avon, Windsor Castle, and Cambridge, offering opportunities to explore British history, literature, and royal heritage.
Accommodation is provided in single en-suite rooms in student residences on campus, with full board meals served daily in the campus dining hall. Students benefit from 24/7 supervision and dedicated pastoral care, ensuring a safe, supportive, and comfortable stay throughout the programme.
The programme offers weekly enrolment with arrivals on Sundays. The length of the programme is flexible, with a minimum stay of 1 week and a maximum of 7 weeks. The recommended stay length is 4 weeks, as some activities and excursions may be repeated.
