Nagoya Japan Summer Camp (ages 14-19)

Nagoya Summer Camp by Genki Japanese and Culture School offers students aged 14–19 an exciting study abroad experience combining Japanese language learning, cultural activities, and local exploration. Suitable for complete beginners (A0), the programme helps students develop practical communication skills through structured lessons and immersive real-world experiences.

Based in Nagoya, students have 20 Japanese lessons per week while enjoying a varied programme of sightseeing and cultural activities. The programme features a combination of cultural experiences and excursions, including visits to hidden gems around the city, the Toyota Memorial Museum, the Nagoya City Science Museum and Planetarium, and other local attractions. Designed to showcase both traditional and modern Japan, the programme follows a rotating schedule of one week of sightseeing followed by one week of cultural activities, repeated throughout the programme.

Accommodation is provided in carefully selected homestays with Japanese families on a half-board basis, offering breakfast and dinner daily. Airport transfers to and from Chubu Centrair (NGO) airport are included, and students benefit from 24/7 emergency support and supervision throughout their stay.

The programme runs from 6 July to 28 August 2026, with start dates on 6 July and 3 August, and is available in 2-week and 4-week options.
