About the Camp
London Summer Camp at London South Bank University by Embassy Summer (EC) offers students aged 13–21 a dynamic and immersive programme that combines English language learning, cultural exploration, and life in the heart of one of the world’s most iconic cities. Suitable for students of all English levels, the course includes 15 hours of English tuition per week, with interactive, discussion-based lessons designed to build confidence, communication skills, and real-world fluency through engaging, task-based learning.
With landmarks such as the London Eye and the South Bank riverside just a short walk away, students are ideally placed to explore the capital’s world-famous attractions, culture, and urban life while studying in a safe and modern university environment. The programme features an extensive activity and excursion schedule, with regular half-day visits across London to major cultural and historical sites such as the British Museum, the National Gallery, Oxford Street. Full-day excursions to destinations including Brighton, Canterbury, and Cambridge further enrich the experience, allowing students to discover British seaside life, medieval history, and world-renowned university traditions.
Accommodation is provided in comfortable single en-suite rooms at a student residence, with full board meals served daily in the campus dining hall. Students benefit from 24/7 supervision and dedicated pastoral care, ensuring a safe, supportive, and comfortable stay throughout the programme.
The programme offers weekly enrolment with arrivals on Sundays. The length of the programme is flexible, with a minimum stay of 1 week and a maximum of 8 weeks. The recommended stay length is 4 weeks, as some activities and excursions may be repeated.
