Fukuoka Japan Summer Camp (ages 14-17)

Fukuoka Summer Camp by Genki Japanese and Culture School offers students aged 14–17 an exciting programme combining Japanese language learning, cultural immersion, travel, and interaction with local students. Suitable for complete beginners from A0 to A1 level, the programme helps students develop practical Japanese communication skills through engaging lessons and real-life experiences.

Based in Fukuoka, students participate in a balanced schedule of Japanese classes, cultural activities, and excursions. The programme includes experiences such as kimono wearing, taiko drumming, manga drawing, traditional Japanese cooking, high school visits, festival outings, and exchanges with Japanese students. Participants also enjoy day trips and a three-day journey to the Kansai region, including visits to Osaka and Universal Studios Japan.

Accommodation is provided in carefully selected homestays with Japanese families. Breakfast and dinner are served daily, while students can purchase lunch near the school. Airport transfers to and from Fukuoka (FUK) airport are included, and students benefit from 24/7 emergency support and supervision throughout their stay.

The programme runs from 6 July to 24 July 2026 and has a fixed duration of 3 weeks.
