Cyprus Summer Camp (ages 12-17)
About the Camp
Cyprus Summer Camp at University of Central Lancashire Cyprus by Bayswater offers students aged 12–17 an exciting programme combining English language learning, cultural exploration, and a fun Mediterranean summer experience in one of Europe’s safest and most welcoming destinations. Suitable for all English levels, the course includes 15 hours of lessons per week, delivered through interactive, communicative classes designed to develop confidence, teamwork, and real-life communication skills.
Based on the modern UCLan Cyprus campus near Larnaca, students enjoy excellent facilities including outdoor swimming pools, sports pitches, modern classrooms, cafés, and spacious outdoor areas, while also being close to popular coastal destinations such as Ayia Napa. English is widely spoken across Cyprus, allowing students to practise naturally in everyday situations while experiencing local culture.
The programme includes a full schedule of afternoon and evening activities, as well as supervised excursions across Cyprus, helping students explore the island, make international friendships, and enjoy a balance of learning and leisure throughout the summer.
Accommodation is provided in modern shared apartments with twin or triple en-suite rooms. Full board meals are served daily in the campus dining hall, with packed lunches provided during excursion days. Students benefit from 24/7 supervision and dedicated pastoral care, ensuring a safe, supportive, and comfortable stay throughout the programme.
The programme offers weekly enrolment with arrivals on Sundays. The length of the programme is flexible, with a minimum stay of 1 week and a maximum stay of 7 weeks. The recommended stay length is 2-3 weeks, as some activities and excursions may be repeated.
