The CELPIP (Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program) – General Test is an official English language exam approved by IRCC for Canadian Permanent Residency, Express Entry, and work permit applications. The test is designed to assess real-life English skills in a Canadian context, evaluating how effectively candidates can listen, speak, read, and write in everyday situations.
