The Internet of Things (IoT) Course is a hands-on introduction to one of the most impactful technologies shaping the modern world, designed for teens aged 13 to 17. This engaging program teaches students how connected devices communicate, respond to events, and operate autonomously to solve real-world problems.
Students will explore how IoT systems work by building and programming smart devices that can sense, react, and interact with their environment. They will learn how to control devices using web and mobile applications, understand IoT networking concepts, and develop projects that simulate real-world smart systems such as smart homes, smart cities, and automated environments.
The course encourages innovation, systems thinking, and problem-solving while helping students understand how technology can improve quality of life and transform industries.
