About the Camp
Tokyo Summer Camp by ES Camps is an immersive international programme for students aged 8–19, combining Japanese language learning, cultural immersion, and exciting city experiences in one of the world’s most dynamic destinations.
The programme includes 15 lessons per week, with classes focused on Japanese language and culture taught in English. Students receive comprehensive study materials tailored to their programme, with lessons taking place at Human Academy Japanese Language School.
The programme includes half-day excursions during weekdays and full-day trips on weekends, including Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Shinjuku, Asakusa, Meiji Jingu Shrine, Harajuku, Shibuya Crossing, and Akihabara. Students can also experience a Japanese tea ceremony, kimono experience, Samurai Ninja Museum, and teamLab Planets.
Accommodation is provided in shared twin, triple, or quad rooms at a centrally located hotel, with full-board meals included. Students travel by public transport using individual travel cards and receive support throughout the programme.
The programme runs for 2 weeks, with an option to join for 1 week. Arrivals are on Sunday and departures on Saturday.
