Project Management Course (Toronto Campus)

The Project Management Course at Bayswater Toronto Campus is designed to introduce students to the essential concepts, skills, and terminology of project management within a Canadian context while supporting their English language development. This four-week programme combines interactive lessons, practical activities, and real-world projects to help learners build a solid foundation in project management and develop versatile skills for working in collaborative and professional environments.

The course explores key areas of project management, including project initiation and planning, time and resource management, quality control, risk mitigation, communication, stakeholder management, and professional ethics. Through guided instruction, group activities, discussions, company visits, guest speakers, and a final presentation, students gain a practical understanding of how projects are planned and managed while developing their communication and collaboration skills.
