Agile SCRUM Master course is a comprehensive, practice-oriented program designed to equip professionals with the knowledge, mindset, and practical skills required to lead Agile teams using the Scrum framework. In today’s fast-changing business environment, organizations must respond quickly to uncertainty, complexity, and evolving customer needs. This course offers a structured, hands-on learning experience covering the theory and principles behind Scrum and empiricism, the three pillars of transparency, inspection, and adaptation, and the practical implementation of Scrum roles, events, and artifacts. Participants will explore sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, retrospectives, release planning, backlog management, and team collaboration techniques.

The course also prepares participants for the Agile Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Master Institute.
